Stayed at the Captain's House in Dartmouth and had a really enjoyable stay. The location was ideal as it was just a few minutes' walk from the Naval College, which was the purpose of our visit. The host, Rob, was incredibly accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the fresh flowers in the room, luxury toiletries, and the handy fridge with milk and water. Parking was free with a permit provided by Rob and only a minute walk away from the Captain's House. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Captain'S House Villa. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk from the Naval college where our son is an officer. The room was spacious, clean, and well-presented, with all the amenities we needed including a fridge and a hair dryer. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and there was always someone available to answer our questions. The reserved parking was a great bonus, especially considering the central location. I absolutely loved my stay at this small guest house. The owners were fantastic - so friendly and welcoming. The beds were really comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The location was also perfect - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions. Plus, the parking facilities were great, which was a bonus.
There were a couple of minor issues that I noticed during my stay. the room was a bit small and the furniture was a bit oversized, which made it a bit cramped and I had to keep moving things around.
